The isolator can be dimensioned according to process needs and batch sizes; laboratory, pilot or production.
The isolator is made in AISI316L
The roughness of the surfaces of the isolator is 0.40micron on product contact parts and 0.80 micron on product non-contact parts.
Gaskets are in EPDM – PTFE –Silicone
The working pressure of the isolator is 125Pa (adjustable)
Filtration is made through HEPA filters class H14, safe-change with push- through method.
